Collection of data from visits to any of OSK Group’s websites

In general, as an internet user, you leave behind electronic tracks in all your online activities. This enables others to track your traffic on the internet. OSK Group has ongoing access to statistical data about visitors to our websites.

OSK Group is the sole owner of the information collected on our websites. We do not sell, share, or transfer this information, except as set out in this statement. We use your information to improve our marketing, for administration and to provide consultancy services.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of any personal information in the manner described.

Visits and browsing

When visiting any of OSK Group’s websites, either by computer or by smartphone, the following information about you is collected: Which pages you view and when, i.e. your ‘electronic tracks’ (cookies), the browser you are using, your IP address, and your username, if you have one. When browsing the internet, you leave behind an ‘electronic track’ which traces where you have been. This track is generated by your browser sending information to a server, e.g.: “I would like to see the page corresponding to the address //”

Most browsers give information about their brand and version number. The server can then return the page you requested so that it displays correctly in your browser. When your browser requests, it also sends additional data to the server in question, including your IP address. The server then knows where to send the page you requested. Depending on the operating system and the browser you use, the browser often also sends your username to the server - the username you use when you log onto your machine. If you want to disable the use of cookies on your computer, you can change the settings in your browser.

Purpose of the collection

OSK Group can use the above-mentioned data to see what path you take to find information on our websites.
