Site Management

Considerable experience with all aspects of site management and assistance as Owner’s Representative.

Site Inspections

Evaluation of vessel type and assessment of condition of hull structure, propulsion machinery, auxiliary machinery, electrical installations and deck machinery.

Progress Statements

Detailed progress reports to Owners analysing potential delays, setbacks or future developments constituting a risk to the timely completion of the project.

Machinery and Systems

Extensive experience within all shipboard and offshore installations and supervision of project from idea to final delivery: installation, implementation and commissioning.

Technical Management

Extensive experience with technical ship management and consulting on daily technical operation of any vessel type.
